1. 取消政策
- 提前 7 天或以上 — 全额退款,无需任何理由
- 提前 5 天内 — 退还 30%,或全额转为消费积分
- 提前 3 天内 — 恕不退款
定制订单:如订单涉及特别采购的花材或配件,无论何时取消均不予退款,因采购成本于下单时已产生。
2. 修改订单
如需更改,请通过 WhatsApp 或 Instagram 联系我们,我们会尽力协助。
- 更改日期须至少提前 5 天 提出
- 其他更改视库存而定,不作保证
⚠️ 旺季期间(情人节、母亲节、节庆期间)修改订单可能受到限制或无法受理,我们会提前告知。
3. 配送政策
- 我们鼓励顾客自取或自行安排配送
- 代为安排配送(Lalamove / Grab)— 一旦交付配送方,运输途中如有延误、损坏或漏水,我们不承担责任
- 配送费用按当天实时报价计算,如有差异我们会先行通知
- 配送范围:Klang Valley 及 Selangor 指定地区;西马半岛可安排包裹配送
- 恶劣天气(暴雨、水灾)造成的延误,恕不退款或重新配送
- 建议选择汽车配送;摩托车配送途中如有损坏,我们不承担责任
4. 价格
所有显示价格均不含配送费,除非另有说明。
5. 退货与退款
每束花离开我们工作室时均处于最佳状态。由于花卉属易耗品,恕不接受退货。
全额退款情况:收到花束时超过 50% 的花朵明显枯萎。
注意:花瓣天然纹路、折痕或轻微色差均属花卉自然特性,不属于瑕疵。

6. 花材供应与替换
所有产品视库存而定,花卉属季节性商品,供应情况可能变化。
- 单一花种订单:如所选花卉缺货,我们将在交货前 1–3 天联系你商议替代方案
- 定制混合花束:主花缺货时我们会联系你;配角花材我们保留替换为同等价值花材的权利,无需事先通知
7. 参考图片与设计相似度
欢迎提供参考图片。由于花卉是天然材料,每朵花都有其独特形态,我们无法保证与参考图完全一致。
我们的目标是在风格、色调和整体感上达到 70–80% 的相似度。每束花都倾注了全部心思与用心 🌸
8. 不可抗力
在超出我们合理控制范围的情况下(包括但不限于:天灾、恶劣天气、政府行动、供应商或配送问题、停电、罢工等),7th Sense Florist 不承担因此导致的延误或失误责任。我们会尽力第一时间与你沟通,共同找到合适的解决方案。

1. Cancellation Policy
- 7 days or more before delivery — Full refund, no questions asked
- Within 5 days of delivery — 30% refund, or save the full amount as store credit
- Within 3 days of delivery — No refund
Custom Orders: For orders with specially sourced materials or add-ons, we are unable to offer any refund regardless of when the cancellation is made, as costs are incurred at the time of ordering.
2. Changes to Your Order
Need to tweak something? Just reach out via WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll help where we can.
- Date changes must be requested at least 5 days before your original delivery date
- All other changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
⚠️ During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, festive periods), order changes may be restricted. We'll always let you know in advance.
3. Delivery Policy
- We encourage customers to self-collect or arrange your own delivery whenever possible
- Delivery via third-party (Lalamove / Grab) — once handed to the delivery partner, we are not responsible for late arrivals, damaged bouquets, or leakage in transit
- Delivery fees are based on real-time platform rates; we'll contact you if there's any difference
- We deliver within Klang Valley and selected Selangor areas; peninsular parcel delivery available
- Adverse weather delays (heavy rain, floods) are beyond our control — no refunds or re-deliveries in such cases
- Car delivery is recommended; we are not responsible for damage during motorbike delivery
4. Prices
All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Every arrangement leaves our studio in beautiful condition. As flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns.
Full refund if more than 50% of the flowers delivered are visibly wilted upon arrival.
Note: Natural markings, fold lines, or slight petal variations are part of a flower's natural beauty — these are not signs of poor quality.
Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos if you have any concerns 💕
6. Flower Availability & Substitution
All products are subject to availability. Flowers are seasonal and supply can vary.
- Single-type orders: If your chosen flower is unavailable, we'll contact you 1–3 days before delivery to discuss alternatives
- Custom/mixed bouquets: If the main flower is unavailable, we'll contact you; for filler flowers, we reserve the right to substitute with blooms of similar style and equal or greater value — no prior notice needed
7. Reference Photos & Design Similarity
Feel free to share reference photos. However, as flowers are natural items — each with their own unique character — we cannot guarantee a 100% identical result to any reference photo.
We aim for 70–80% similarity in style, colour, and arrangement. Every bouquet is crafted with full care and love 🌸
8. Force Majeure
7th Sense Florist shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, civil unrest, power failures, supplier or delivery partner issues, or industrial action. We will always do our best to communicate and find a suitable resolution.
